TÜV Rheinland, the number 1 in the field of vehicle safety inspections, no longer wanted to convince the competition with its technical expertise alone, but rather be perceived as a committed, friendly service provider by car dealerships, workshop operators and customers.
The strategy: In order to sharpen TÜV Rheinland's profile as a customer-oriented and competent service provider, we focussed on attractive customer loyalty events and a creative, emotional approach. For example, VIP customers were invited to truck and classic car races at the Nürburgring and were provided for in a sophisticated way.
The result: The individual and continuous approach proved a success: the number of visitors has been growing disproportionately from event to event. The guests were extremely pleased - and TÜV Rheinland's customer retention became a recipe for success.
